- Do I need to create a VideoMailz account?
- No, all you need is an account with Hotmail, GMail or Yahoo.
- Is my username and password saved?
- No, your credentials are only used to verify your identity with your email provider.
- Do I need to download software?
- There are no download requirements except a flash player.
- Can I upload videos?
- Not at the moment, but we are working hard to bring this feature to you!
- How much mailbox space do I need?
- The messages are streamed from our servers and don't take any space in your mailbox.
- How long can I record a video?
- Videos are limited to one hour.
- Can I view my previously recorded videos?
- We are working hard to bring you that feature.
- How do I send a video mail that I have recoreded before?
- Currently, a copy of your video mail will be sent to your email account. You may forward the mail to other recipients.
